"Springtime"
"Springtime" is a very special song to me. It's the first song I co-wrote with another songwriter. We released it in the winter. I think it would have been better to release it in the spring. That's what we originally actually pushed for.
"Springtime" is a song about growth. The heartbeat of the album is that growth comes from periods of rest and periods of barrenness. And, spring symbolizes the beginning of growth.
