SOUTH-CENTRAL, Ind. – The National Weather Service (NWS) in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Advisory for all of south-central Indiana, including Johnson, Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings, Decatur, Brown, and Shelby Counties. It is in effect from Monday at 6 p.m. until Tuesday at 6 p.m.
Southerly winds from 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 45 to 50 mph, are expected.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be downed and power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle. Outdoor objects should be secured.
