NORTH VERNON, Ind. – North Vernon Fire Department crews are on-scene of a large structure fire in downtown North Vernon on Wednesday, September 17.
According to social media, the fire engulfed the closed Clark’s Salvage and Towing building on 42 Hicks Street at around 2 p.m.
The cause of the fire and extent of the damage is unknown at this time but we will update you as we learn more information.
