COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Courtyard Restaurant, a unique dining experience operated by C4 Culinary Arts program students, will hold a lunchtime holiday meal on three dates early next month. Seating times are noon and 12:15 on December 3, 5, and 12.
The students will serve a three-course meal featuring a holiday salad, wild rice stuffed pork loin with asiago potatoes and vegetables, and apple cranberry pie.
The Courtyard Restaurant is where future chefs, bakers, and hospitality professionals hone their skills in a real-world setting. Guided by experienced mentors like Chef Douglas, a former C4 student and Disney chef, students gain hands-on experience in a fully-equipped commercial kitchen. They learn everything from baking and cake decorating to preparing/serving meals.
