FRANKLIN, Ind. – Franklin Parks and Recreation reminds residents that the first meeting of Franklin Friends is this Tuesday, October 29, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., at Beeson Hall.
Adults with cognitive disabilities are invited to join the monthly program. It is focused on building connections and having fun through recreation and socializing. Activities include adaptive crafts, music, and games.
The sessions are on the last Tuesday of every month. Each monthly program has a $15 fee.
This Tuesday, the afternoon will be spent getting to know each other and partaking in a craft or adaptive activity.
