SEYMOUR/SCOTTSBURG, Ind. – Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) maintenance crews plan to conduct temporary overnight right lane closures on northbound and southbound I-65 starting on or after Monday, October 7, to complete patching work near Scottsburg and Seymour.
Crews will begin work in the right lane of southbound I-65 at mile marker 50, near Seymour, and move south to mile marker 25, at Scottsburg. Workers will then start maintenance in the right lane of northbound I-65 at mile marker 25 and finish at mile marker 50 near Seymour.
Work is expected to take four nights, weather permitting. Crews will be active from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night.
INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use caution, and drive distraction-free in and near work zones. All work schedules are subject to change.
