FRANKLIN, Ind. – The United Way of Johnson County kicked off its annual campaign on Thursday with a successful Day of Caring at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Franklin.
Over 450 volunteers, including many Franklin College alumni, helped make a difference in the county’s local charities as part of the United Way’s campaign to raise over $1 million for at-risk families.
Franklin College President, Kerry Prather delivered the keynote address, emphasizing the importance of service and community support.
