COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health has announced that its Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice is relocating to NexusPark, opening July 1.
With providers Dr. Timothy VonFange and Ethan Baily, PA, it joins over 15 other practices and services in operation at the new facility, at 2100 25th Street in Columbus.
Established patients of Columbus Regional Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine have received specific information for visiting the new office location and will receive reminders for any upcoming appointments at the new location. Patients and visitors to NexusPark should enter the facility through Entrance 3, on the southwest side of the building.
