COLUMBUS, Ind. -A report of a single-engine plane crash on Tuesday evening sent the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office to the 7000 block of W. Seymour Road.
Dispatch advised that neither occupant was injured and they exited the aircraft on their own.
Southwest Bartholomew Volunteer Fire Department personnel were first on the scene at around 6:30 p.m. Firefighters confirmed no one was injured.
The accident remains under investigation in coordination with the FAA and NTSB.
