COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Police Department (CPD) detectives are seeking information on the whereabouts of a Bartholomew County man who has been reported as a missing person.
His family says they last saw Hugo Rafael Lopez Salas in Columbus on March 31. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and has black hair.
