FRANKLIN, Ind. – On behalf of the Humane Society of Johnson County, the Franklin Chamber of Commerce has announced a special milestone for the community taking place next month.
A groundbreaking ceremony has been scheduled for the new Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic at the Humane Society of Johnson County, 3827 Graham Rd., in Franklin, on August 15, at 10 a.m.
This new clinic continues the community’s commitment to animal welfare, helping reduce pet overpopulation and making vital veterinary care more accessible.
