COLUMBUS, Ind. – Leadership Bartholomew County (LBC) says applications for the 2025-2026 Leadership Bartholomew County developing leaders program are now available online. The kickoff event in September 23, and the first class is on October 7.
This signature leadership development initiative meets once a month for eight months and gathers a group of new, emerging, and seasoned community leaders to discuss the most interesting and relevant topics in Bartholomew County.
It teaches a set of community values known as the Columbus Way. The Leadership Bartholomew County program aims to develop, align, and inspire a diverse network of informed leaders by focusing on personal leadership development, community awareness, and networking.
