INDIANAPOLIS – The National Weather Service (NWS) in Indianapolis says the weather is mild now, but colder weather with possible light snow will return to Columbus, Franklin, and all of south-central Indiana by mid-week.
Snow squalls that could affect travel are possible on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
Overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning, expect sub-freezing temperatures with wind chills dropping to near zero.
There is still uncertainty about how widespread the impacts might be. NWS continues to monitor the situation.
