COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Area Arts Council (CAAC) presents The Monster Show for Art and Costume Party at the 6th Street Arts Alley this Friday, October 18, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Art, music, local food and drinks, and a Dancer’s Studio, Inc. pop-up performance will all be a part of the fun. You are encouraged to wear a costume.
CAAC is hosting a monster of a party to mark 50 years since the Mill Race Monster sightings were first observed in downtown Columbus.
The event celebrates The Monster Show exhibition in 411 Gallery, featuring sculptures by Curtis Hartwell, mixed media textiles by Laurie Wright, and the launch of a Mill Race Monster comic book by Kevin Zeigler.
The party is free with food and drinks available for purchase.
