SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says that CSX Railroad plans to close State Road 11 (Broadway Street) in Seymour next week for railroad crossing repairs.
On or after Monday, September 30, S.R. 11/Broadway Street will close to traffic between Second Street and U.S. 50 in Seymour.
The road is expected to reopen on Tuesday, October 1, weather permitting. The INDOT detour will follow U.S. 50 to I-65 to S.R. 11.
Drivers are reminded to slow down, use caution, and avoid distractions in and near work zones. Schedules are subject to change.
