SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Jackson County Public Library (JCPL) will hold free programs for teens and adults at all locations in September.
Adults ages 18 and older can attend a “Putting Your Garden to Bed” program by Purdue Extension Educator Richard Beckort at 5 p.m. on Monday, September 16, at the Seymour branch. Registration is required by September 12.
Adults can join the waitlist for Seymour craft programs “Beaded Indian Corn” at 3 p.m. on September 18, and “Popsicle Stick Scarecrow” at 5 p.m. on September 19. Beaded Indian Corn registration is open for programs at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, at the Crothersville Library, and at 3 p.m. on September 12, at the Medora Library.
Teens in grades 6-12 can register for Silent Library, at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, or Dungeons and Dragons at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24. Both are at the Seymour branch.
Adults, teens, and children will celebrate Good Neighbor Day on Saturday, September 28, in Seymour by making a pop-up card and treat for a neighbor while supplies last.
