SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Jackson County Public Library (JCPL) free staff-led adult book discussion groups in Seymour, Crothersville, and Medora will meet in person in August to discuss book themes, writing styles, characters, and more. Books can be checked out at the library’s Checkout Desks or digitally through Libby or Hoopla.
The Tuesday Night Book Club will discuss “Behind Closed Doors” by B. A. Paris at 7 pm on August 13 at Chicago’s Pizza in Seymour. Bring money if they plan to eat. This group is limited to 10 participants.
“Fantastic Fiction” meets at the Seymour branch on the third Friday of each month. The August session will be at 11 a.m. on the 16th.
The book discussion group at the Crothersville location, which meets the third Wednesday of each month, will get together at 6 p.m. on August 21.
The Medora branch discussion group is scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of each month and meets on August 27 at 5 p.m.
