FRANKLIN, Ind. – Johnson County Aging in Action, in cooperation with Johnson County Senior Services, is holding a Seniors Lunch and Learn event on Thursday, June 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Impact Christian Church, 2800 N. Graham Road, in Franklin.
Networking begins at 10 a.m. and the “Lunch and Learn” is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The seminar is entitled “Sleep On It, Why Sleep Matters.” The presentation provides information about the benefits of sleep, risks of poor sleep, stages of sleep, and ways to improve sleep quality.
