COLUMBUS, Ind. – The South Central Indiana Master Gardener Association (SCIMGA) hosts its annual Master Gardener Plant Sale this Saturday, May 18. The sale is from 9 a.m. to noon, on the plaza at the Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 5th St., in Columbus.
Plant Sale Chair Mary Shaffer estimates around 900 plants will be for sale including perennials, annuals, houseplants, vegetables, and herbs.
Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the sale will be pushed back to Saturday, May 25.
SCIMGA is the local chapter of Purdue Extension Master Gardeners and hosts events and educational sessions throughout the year in the Columbus area.
