FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Recycling District has announced that summer hours have started early at the recycling center, 900 Arvin Rd., in Franklin.
JCRD is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and all Johnson County holidays.

- Tuesdays and Fridays – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thursdays – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Saturdays (2nd and 4th of month) – 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
