SEYMOUR, Ind. – Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Force Construction Company plans to begin a bridge rehabilitation project along U.S. 50 over Heddy Run on or after Monday, April 15, in Seymour.
Construction will be along U.S. 50, just west of Seymour, between County Road 600E and Schleter Road. Crews plan to conduct lane width restrictions that are expected to remain in place through late June, weather permitting.
The $2.2 million contract was awarded in January 2024.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. Schedules are subject to change.
