Through stillness, we learn to recognize what God is doing in and around us. Stillness is both active and passive. It involves allowing God to refocus our vision and tune our ears to His voice while we give Him the noise inside us. I’ve struggled with stress and anxiety, so I take up walking as a stress management and wellness activity daily. I also listen to songs that move me while walking as music therapy.
